Tanis Morris

Tanis Morris is a strategic business leader, connector, and communicator with a diverse background spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and executive consulting. Her career has been defined by helping organizations grow smarter — building scalable systems, strengthening leadership teams, and aligning people and purpose to drive lasting impact.

Before co-founding FinSource, Tanis served as Director of Business Development at Acumen Executive Search, where she worked with C-suite leaders across industries to design high-performing teams and guide organizational transformation. She is also the Founder and Host of The Hiring For Good Podcast, a platform dedicated to exploring the principles of values-based leadership, intentional hiring, and the ripple effects of strong organizational culture.

Deeply involved in the Pacific Northwest business ecosystem, Tanis serves on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and is an active member of the Life Sciences community, where she has moderated panel discussions and spoken at industry events. Her leadership extends beyond business into civic and nonprofit service — having served on multiple nonprofit boards and as an elected official — where she continues to champion servant leadership, integrity, and collaboration as the cornerstones of sustainable success.
