Who will be working with us, and how are they managed?
You’ll have a U.S.-based Account Manager who oversees your engagement and serves as your primary point of contact. They lead a dedicated global support team that works inside your existing systems and workflows. You don’t have to manage multiple people — your Account Manager ensures quality, alignment, and consistency.
We already have an internal bookkeeper / finance team. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. Many of our clients have internal financial roles. We integrate smoothly into your existing structure — either taking on ongoing workflows, providing financial visibility and reporting support, or supplementing capacity so your internal team can focus on higher-value work.

Our accounting is currently handled in-house and on paper / in spreadsheets. Can you still help?
Yes. We begin by understanding your current processes, then establish digital workflows that maintain accuracy and continuity. The goal is not to disrupt what works — it’s to make your financial operations smoother, more reliable, and easier to manage going forward.
How long does the onboarding process take?

Depending on the complexity of your operation, onboarding can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process, and work quickly to take care of your needs and get you set up for success.

Do we need to switch accounting software or learn a new platform?
No. We work within your existing systems — QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, or custom environments. If improvements are recommended later, we’ll guide that transition thoughtfully, but nothing changes before it makes sense.
How do you maintain confidentiality and data security?
We follow strict internal controls, access permissions, and secure data-handling practices. Your U.S.-based Account Manager oversees all permissions and ensures financial workflows meet compliance standards. Our processes are built to protect your organization’s information at every stage.
What does onboarding look like?
We begin with a light assessment of your current financial workflows to understand how your organization operates today. From there, we establish reporting rhythms, communication channels, and points of responsibility. The transition is structured, and we guide your team through each step — without adding to their workload.
