Ajeet Khalsa

Ajeet is a global finance and operations executive with deep roots in private equity and family office investing. Over his career, he has led companies through growth, transformation, and acquisition — serving as CFO, COO, and President for several PE-backed and international brands, including DAHlicious and Wonder Drink Kombucha.

Through his work with HHM Holdings, Ajeet has overseen and supported portfolio companies across diverse industries, identifying strategic opportunities and aligning founders, investors, and leadership teams around shared objectives. In this role, he saw firsthand that outsourcing – when done well – can be one of the most powerful tools for operational efficiency and value creation.

That insight became the foundation for FinSource.
